General Manager - Liaison

To liaison with various government agencies and promote our aerospace park, we are looking for a General Manager - Liaison with following requisites.

As a General Manager - Liaison you will be responsible for managing all aspects of government relations, public affairs, and regulatory compliance for the company. You will work closely with various government agencies like TSIIC, and other government corporations at the central, state, and local levels to ensure that the aerospace parks in India is fully compliant with all relevant regulations, laws, and policies. You will also work closely with the company's senior management team to develop and implement strategies that promote the company's interests and priorities with government officials and other key stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and officials at the central, state, and local levels.
• Monitor and analyze government policies and regulatory developments that may impact business operations.
• Collaborate with the company's senior management team to develop and implement government affairs strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage the company's regulatory compliance activities, including tracking regulatory requirements, coordinating regulatory filings, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Represent Samuha Engineering in meetings, conferences, and other forums with government officials and other key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across government, industry, and other relevant sectors.

Preferred candidate profile:

• A degree in Architecture, law, or a related field.
• 20 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field, with a focus on real estate or construction.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with government agencies and officials at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of government regulations, policies, and procedures related to real estate and construction.
• Candidates with rich experience and Retired from Government industrial corporations will be preferred.
