Job Description

As the Vice President and CEO of the company, your primary responsibility will be to design the company's overall mission, values, and strategic goals. You will attend meetings with the management team to share company information and provide leadership by guiding and evaluating the work of other employees, such as Zms, Asms, Rsms, and managers, to ensure a healthy working environment. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to sales innovations, strategic business development, and the profitability of the company based on strategic goals - Evaluate the company's success in achieving its goals and formulate corrective plans if necessary - Manage daily operations, revenue generation, and ensure continual growth - Assist in maximizing operating performance and achieving financial goals - Identify ways to increase revenue, decrease costs, analyze financial reports, and prepare operating budgets - Maintain awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, and industry developments - Measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) - Familiarity with CRM software and understanding of store operations - Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team - Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude - Availability to travel as needed - Implement sales strategy at ground level by motivating, instructing, and boosting morale for the sales team to generate more prescription business - Provide training with real examples and have a good reputation in the industry - Utilize excellent knowledge of medical science to solve queries from C&F Super Stock, distributors, and Retailers Qualifications Required: - BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field - 5 or more years of experience in a managerial role - Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills - Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Confident and goal-oriented - Current working knowledge of the industry and willingness to maintain updated knowledge Additionally, the salary for this position ranges from 24L to 48L per annum, along with incentives, state allowance, and Head Quarters allowance.,
