Job Summary:

General Manager HR Shared Services will lead Digitides end-to-end Hire to Retire HR operations. The role focuses on driving process excellence, standardization, and efficiency across all HR operations including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, and exit processes. The position is critical in ensuring a seamless employee experience and operational excellence through automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Hire to Retire HR Shared Services function, ensuring smooth and accurate delivery of all HR processes.
  • Oversee onboarding, employee data management, payroll inputs, benefits, compliance, and offboarding.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization across all shared service areas.
  • Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics to ensure high service delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and IT to streamline processes and strengthen integration.
  • Implement technology-led HR solutions to enhance scalability and employee experience.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory laws, internal controls, and data privacy norms.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Shared Services team to build a high-performing function.
  • Provide regular analytics and insights for leadership decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of Hire to Retire HR processes and shared services frameworks.

• Proven experience in process design, automation, and service delivery improvement.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Analytical and process-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale Hire to Retire processes in a digital or technology led organization.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems
