General Manager - GPS Sales

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end GPS sales operations across multiple locations in Gujarat.
  • Manage and motivate a team of 10+ sales professionals to achieve 100% targets.
  • Drive monthly GPS sales volumes (500+ units/month).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to local market demands.
  • Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
  • Monitor KPIs and create performance reports to track and optimize results.
✅ Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B/B2C GPS or tech product sales.
  • Leadership experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
  • Strong understanding of Gujarat’s market, customer behavior, and logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Gujarat as needed.
