Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager - Franchise Development located in Delhi, India. The General Manager will be responsible for spearheading the franchise development strategy, identifying potential franchisees, and managing relationships with existing partners. Daily tasks include conducting market research, overseeing the franchise sales process, ensuring compliance with franchise agreements, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility. The role demands leadership in negotiating deals, mentoring franchisees, and ensuring successful franchise operations.
