General Manager - Finance Controller

As a Finance and Accounting Manager, your role will involve coordinating annual Opex and Capex Budgets preparation, finalization, approval, and periodic reviews. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue & profit performance, identifying gaps, and suggesting corrective actions to management. Supporting business evaluation of CAPEX decisions and ensuring monthly MIS preparation and coordination for review by the business will also be part of your key accountabilities. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring the preparation of financial statements and conducting reviews, analyzing expenses/receivables to suggest corrective measures, managing cash flow and making short-term investment decisions, ensuring compliance with internal audit observations and strengthening internal controls. Additionally, you will oversee the completion of statutory audits as per schedule, take actions on audit observations, and ensure statutory compliances such as Service Tax and EPCG redemption. Motivating the team through effective employee communication and coaching will be crucial, along with staying updated with the latest developments in the field of Finance and embracing modern technology in line with departmental requirements. Qualifications: - Educational Qualifications: CA/MBA/ICWA - Relevant Experience: 20+ years of experience in managing Finance & Accounting in a large setup, including experience in preparing balance sheets and handling statutory audits in the company.,
