General Manager

• Leadership & Management: Providing vision and direction, managing department heads, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive, guest-focused work culture.
• Operations Management: Ensuring all departments—including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance—function efficiently and effectively.
• Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, monitoring revenue and expenses, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and occupancy rates.
• Guest Relations: Prioritizing guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a memorable and high-quality guest experience.
• Sales & Marketing: Playing a role in developing marketing strategies, attracting new guests, and collaborating with sales teams to increase bookings.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
