Ensure that the order acceptance, work order and their amendments are attended and forwarded in time
Ensure that the customers queries are attended and replied in time.Ensure that the offers are in line with the technical, commercial and special requirement of the customer.Ensure that the offers are submitted to reach the customer in time.Ensure that any amendments to the standards / drawings / customers standards are brought under document control and distributed to the concerned departments.Ensure that commitments with respect to delivery are always maintained.
