General Manager – Business Operations (Jaipur | uBreathe)

We are looking for a strong operator who can take full ownership of running our business end-to-end — across sales, operations, partnerships, and execution. This is a leadership role for someone who can convert plans into results, build systems that work, and keep the business running efficiently as we scale.

We are now entering a growth phase and need someone who can take charge of daily business operations, drive performance, and bring structure to execution while working closely with the founding team.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, fulfilment, customer service, and partnerships
• Own growth and performance targets across D2C, B2B, and institutional channels
• Manage and motivate the team, ensuring strong execution and accountability
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align business goals
• Handle vendor management, costing, logistics, and finance coordination
• Build and improve processes to ensure smooth operations and scale efficiently
• Identify opportunities for expansion and lead execution end-to-end

Who You Should Be

• 5–8 years of experience in business operations, growth, or category management
• Hands-on operator with strong planning and execution skills
• Independent decision-maker who can work without constant supervision
• Based in or willing to relocate to

  Jaipur (Jagatpura Office)

• Prior experience in consumer products, D2C, or hardware

  preferred
• Dependable, structured, and committed to building something meaningful

Compensation

• Fixed Salary:

  ₹50,000 per month

• Performance Incentive:

  Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on targets and outcomes
• Additional growth-based incentives for strong performers
