About the Role

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in business development / techno-commercial operations within the Railway Signalling domain.
• Strong network with RDSO and Indian Railways leadership team, including established relationships with Zonal Railways and key decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical).
• MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
• In-depth understanding of Railway Signalling systems and technologies; knowledge of Digital Axle Counters will be an added advantage.
• Strong abilities in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives for Railway Signalling products across Indian and select international markets.
• Spearhead efforts to introduce and position next-generation Railway Signalling products (Digital Axle Counter) in collaboration with our global technology partners.
• Formulate and execute sales, partnership, and market expansion strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Leverage Eldyne’s long-standing partnership with Thales (now Hitachi) to drive adoption of cutting-edge signalling solutions in the Indian Railways ecosystem.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with RDSO, Indian Railways, consultants, EPC partners, and other key stakeholders to strengthen business presence.
• Lead the team to prepare techno-commercial proposals that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and policy developments to identify and act on new opportunities.
• Promote innovation, operational excellence, and financial sustainability within the vertical
