Position: General Manager Service /Assistant General Manager Service

The General Manager Service - Automobile is responsible for managing the overall service operations of a dealership or an automobile service center. This includes ensuring impeccable customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving profitability. The role requires a strategic approach to enhance service delivery and customer retention.

Responsibilities:-

• Oversee daily operations of the service department.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Report to senior management on service department performance and initiatives.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a management role within the automotive service industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations and customer service principles.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
