Job Description Design, develop, and maintain Conversational AI models including Chat BOTs. Develop robust unit and integration tests using testing frameworks/ manual to guarantee code quality and application stability. Expertly debug and troubleshoot complex application issues. Integrate Gen AI capabilities to enhance the product efficiency and effectiveness. Proven experience building Conversational AI models / Chat BOTs using Kore.ai platform. In depth understanding of Gen AI capabilities Proficiency in unit testing frameworks. Experience in Data Analytics and Python Exceptional problem solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in Agile Scrum practice. Experience in JIRA and Confluence Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively while contributing to a team environment. Show more Show less
