Job Summary Job Title: Sr. Gen AI Developer/Lead Shift-2pm-11pm IST Location: Offshore, Preferably Pune, Bangalore , Hyderabad Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Software developer. At least 2-3 years of experience in AI / ML , Generative AI technologies and enterprise application development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Expertise in developing high-performing RAG-based chatbots and multi-modal AI agents, fine-tuning LLMs Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and libraries Experience with Azure Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Other Qualifications: Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Certification in AI/ML or related fields.
