Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI / Agentic Solutioning Consultant to drive the design and adoption of next-generation AI and agentic automation solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business consulting and technical designtranslating business problems into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. The consultant will partner with clients, program managers, architects, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and accelerate service transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and consulting for Gen AI and Agentic use cases across industries (BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Translate business requirements and use cases into AI/automation architectures and delivery-ready solutions.
• Build solution blueprints integrating Gen AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, etc.), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen), and RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Partner with business analysts and pre-sales teams to create proposals, PoVs, and client presentations that demonstrate clear ROI.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with security, compliance, and scalability standards.
• Drive enablement and evangelization of AI/Agentic solutions across key accounts—training internal teams and helping clients understand capabilities.
• Support ring-fencing of transformation opportunities and ensure delivery of savings, productivity, and margin improvements.

Key Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of consulting / solutioning experience with at least 3–4 years in AI/Gen AI/Agentic solution design.
• Strong knowledge of Gen AI models (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, etc.) and agentic orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel).
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and their integration with AI.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Proven ability to design business-aligned solutions with measurable ROI (savings, productivity, FTE impact).
• Excellent client-facing, consulting, and presentation skills with experience in pre-sales and RFP responses.
• Exposure to enterprise IT/security frameworks for AI adoption.

KPIs / Success Measures

• Approved AI/Agentic solution designs for client engagements.
• Enablement delivered across accounts on Gen AI adoption.
• Demonstrated FTE savings, productivity, and margin impact from deployed solutions.
• Creation of reusable solution assets institutionalized within the practice.
• Positive client and leadership feedback on solutioning expertise.
