Gen AI Fullstack Developer

Job Description

We re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with 5-6 years of experience to join our Gen AI and chatbot development team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across backend and frontend technologies, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of deliverables. This role involves building and enhancing AI-powered chatbot solutions, integrating APIs, and ensuring a smooth user experience across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and build scalable, full-stack applications using Node.js and Python Develop and integrate chatbot solutions using both custom-built and third-party platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Oracle Digital Assistant) Create responsive, accessible UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Collaborate with AI/ML teams, UX designers, and product owners to deliver intelligent, user-centric chatbot and Gen AI features Integrate OpenAI APIs (and similar LLMs) into applications for advanced conversational and generative capabilities Apply prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune and optimize LLM behavior for specific business use cases Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enable real-time, grounded responses using external data sources Build and manage RESTful APIs and handle backend processing, ensuring seamless data flow Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the tech stack, especially with AI features in production Write clean, maintainable, and testable code and contribute to peer code reviews Work in an agile environment with a focus on delivery, experimentation, and continuous improvement Must-Have Skills: 5 6 years of experience in full stack development with Node.js and Python Hands-on experience with chatbot development (custom or third-party platforms) Practical knowledge of Gen AI, including OpenAI API integration and prompt engineering Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts and implementation Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful API integration Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and agile development practices Good communication skills and ability to work independently Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.) Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Familiarity with Gen AI APIs and conversational design Git and CI/CD pipeline exposure What We re Looking For: Someone who is proactive and can take end-to-end ownership Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating with cross-functional teams A problem-solver who is passionate about building clean and functional solutions
