Drives the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI capabilities within the planned solution, including conversational AI, summarization, NLP, and contextual recommendations.
- Evaluate and select optimal LLMs (open-source & commercial) for use cases.
- Develop and fine-tune GenAI models for NLP, summarization, and action item extraction.
- Design prompt engineering strategies for real-time call assistance.
- Implement sentiment analysis and contextual suggestions during client interactions.
- Ensure model accuracy, latency, and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and Data teams for model training and deployment.
