Job Summary

We are hiring a Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI systems. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, covering LLM orchestration, multimodal architectures, and scalable ML pipelines across Azure, GCP, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect multi-LLM and GenAI systems (Mixture-of-Experts, LLM routing, agentic workflows).
• Build GPU/TPU-optimized training pipelines using FSDP, DeepSpeed, and ONNX Runtime.
• Develop cloud-native GenAI platforms across Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock with secure MLOps.
• Implement enterprise-grade RAG systems, hybrid search, and real-time fine-tuning.
• Establish AI governance: model cards, drift monitoring, red-teaming, guardrails.
• Partner with leadership on AI roadmap/ROI; mentor junior engineers.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years in ML; 2+ years in Generative AI.
• Expert Python; strong PyTorch/TFX experience.
• Proven experience deploying production GenAI solutions (chatbots, copilots, multimodal apps).
• Cloud AI expertise:

• Azure

  : OpenAI, MLOps, Cognitive Search

• GCP

  : Vertex AI, Gemini, TPU-based training
• Experience in RAG, hybrid search, and AI compliance (finance/healthcare).

Preferred

• Azure AI Engineer Associate / GCP ML Engineer certifications.
• Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud GenAI deployments.
