GenAI Engineer ( immediate joiner)
Location: Bangalore ( Hybrid (2–3 days/week Onsite)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI Engineer with strong experience in Databricks and Microsoft AI Services to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The role involves building industry-grade LLM-based systems, integrating with cloud environments, and working on innovative GenAI architectures for the financial services and insurance domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement GenAI & LLM-based architectures, leveraging services like DSPy.
• Work on Databricks and Microsoft AI Services for AI model development and deployment.
• Build, train, and optimize NLP/LLM models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, SpaCy, NLTK, etc.
• Develop and maintain Compound AI systems for real-world applications.
• Deploy AI applications on Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Explore, query, and analyze datasets using SQL as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and integrate relevant innovations into solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Databricks and Microsoft AI Services.
• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in NLP, LLMs, and AI-driven application development.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP/LLM frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, SpaCy, NLTK).
• Experience deploying AI solutions in Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in financial services or insurance domain.
• Familiarity with Compound AI systems and advanced GenAI concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
