About the Role

Gen AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  production-ready Gen AI solutions

  , including RAG-based or Agentic systems.
• Work with

  open-source LLMs

  (e.g., Llama, GPT-OSS) and

  multimodal AI models

  to build intelligent, scalable applications.
• Implement and optimize

  Agentic AI frameworks

  such as LangGraph or equivalent.
• Evaluate and fine-tune

  Gen AI solution performance

  , ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI products for

• Apply strong

Must Have Skills

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in AI/ML solution development.
• Proven

  hands-on experience

  in at least one production-grade Gen AI project.
• Expertise in

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  and

  Agentic AI implementations

• Familiarity with

  open-source LLMs

• Strong understanding of

  evaluation and refinement

  methodologies for Gen AI models.
• Excellent

  analytical and debugging
