Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI models and solutions.
• Implement NLP, NLU, LLM, and Conversational AI techniques to enhance data processing and analysis.
• Apply Agentic AI frameworks for advanced automation and decision-making workflows.
• Drive MLOps practices to streamline deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of ML models.
• Write and optimize Python scripts for automation, data processing, and model training.
• Utilize LangChain and LangGraph for language modeling, processing, and integration tasks.
• Oversee and optimize inference engines (TensorRT, TensorRT-LLM, Nvidia Triton) for production workloads.
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Ensure best practices for AWS and Azure cloud deployments.
• Monitor model performance, retrain/improve pipelines, and ensure scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, and NLP technologies.
• Conduct team reviews, performance evaluations, and drive high-quality project delivery.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Conversational AI.
• Proven hands-on experience with TensorRT, Triton, Nvidia Stack.
• Cloud deployment experience in AWS (must-have), Azure (good-to-have).
• Proficiency in LangGraph and LangChain frameworks.
• Solid understanding of MLOps workflows.
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and optimization.
• Leadership ability to mentor and guide data science teams.
• Problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning mindset.
