About the Role

Gen AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement

  end-to-end Gen AI solutions

  leveraging foundation models and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize

  generative AI and LLMs

  (Claude, GPT, LLaMA, etc.).
• Apply

  prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and semantic search

  for real-world applications.
• Build scalable

  backend services, REST APIs, and microservices

  to support AI-driven applications.
• Develop

  modern frontend interfaces

  (React, Vue.js, Angular) for seamless user experiences.
• Utilize

  AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, etc.

  for model deployment and integration.
• Work with

  vector databases

  to enable intelligent search and knowledge retrieval.
• Integrate AI solutions into

  financial workflows, trading systems, and risk frameworks.

• Stay ahead of

  emerging trends in Gen AI, ML, and cloud technologies.

• Publish research, contribute to innovation, and support

  patent filings

  in applied AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years

  of full-stack development experience.

• 5+ years

  of AI / Gen AI development experience.
• Strong proficiency in

  Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.

• Experience with

  modern frontend frameworks

  (React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Proven expertise in

  backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.

• In-depth knowledge of

  AWS services

  (Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS).
• Hands-on experience with

  LLMs, foundation models, RAG, prompt engineering, and model optimization.

• Familiarity with

  vector databases and semantic search.

• Domain experience in

  financial services, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks.

• Published research, whitepapers, or patents in

  financial AI or applied ML

  is highly desirable.
