We need an experienced professional with a Java background and strong GenAI expertise, especially in prompt engineering.

The role involves leveraging GenAI (preferably Claude Code) to accelerate requirement gathering, design, reverse engineering, and development for enterprise projects.

This person will also lead and enable the development team to effectively use GenAI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Use GenAI for requirements analysis, extracting insights from Confluence, Jira, and documentation.

Reverse engineer using application codebases (Java/Angular/Mule); auto-generate diagrams and ADRs.

Accelerate design creation (HLD/LLD/TSD) using GenAI, propose API specs and DDD patterns.

Utilize Claude Code/GitHub Copilot for PR reviews, test generation, and code refactoring.

Build GenAI agents for automating tasks like Confluence updates, PR reviews, and release notes.

Train the team on prompt engineering and GenAI best practices.

Ensure security and compliance in GenAI usage.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong Java (Java 8/11/17), Spring Boot, REST.

Hands-on GenAI experience (Claude Code/GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, RAG basics).

Solid software design knowledge (DDD, microservices).

Experience building automation/agents integrated with enterprise APIs
