Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience Required: 1–3 years of hands-on experience with the GEM portal and Government tenders
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GEM Portal & Government Tenders Handling Executive to join our team and contribute to our growing government business vertical.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle end-to-end operations of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and Government tender processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of portal operations, tender documentation, online bidding, and compliance with government procurement norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage GeM portal registration, profile maintenance, and product listing
  • Monitor GeM tenders, bids, and purchase orders on a regular basis
  • Prepare and submit quotations, bids, and tender documentation online
  • Ensure timely submission of bids in compliance with tender requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect technical and commercial information
  • Track tender status, maintain records, and follow up on submitted bids
  • Handle post-bid activities including order confirmation, documentation, and dispatch coordination
  • Communicate with government buyers and promptly respond to queries
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement rules and portal guidelines

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in GeM portal operations
  • Good understanding of Government tendering processes (online & offline)
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling)
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with MSME / NSIC registration and compliance
  • Familiarity with tender search portals and procurement websites
  • Basic understanding of commercial terms such as GST, EMD, PBG, etc.
