GeM (Government e-Marketplace) tenders

Key Responsibilities

• Register, maintain, and update the company profile on the

  GeM portal

  .
• Identify relevant

  tender opportunities

  in the events, branding, and activation sector.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents on the GeM portal within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for required documentation.
• Track live tenders, respond to clarifications, and ensure compliance with GeM norms.
• Maintain a database of tenders applied, awarded, and under process.
• Handle bidding, price quotations, and negotiation processes.
• Follow up on work orders, contracts, and payment release from government departments.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Commerce / Management preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience

  in handling GeM tenders / e-tendering.
• Knowledge of tender documentation, bidding process, and government procurement rules.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in

  event industry tenders

  is a plus.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Good negotiation and analytical skills.
