Regularly search for relevant tenders and opportunities on the GeM portal . Upload and manage product and service listings in compliance with GeM requirements. Prepare and submit quotations, bids, and tenders on the GeM portal within deadlines. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, purchase, finance) to gather necessary documents and data. Ensure compliance with all GeM rules, regulations, and updates. Track tender/bid status, follow up on clarifications, and ensure timely bid submissions. Handle GeM registration, vendor assessment, and catalog management processes. Maintain records of past tenders, contracts, and bid performance for reporting and analysis. Respond to buyer queries and participate in negotiations, if required. Ensure timely renewal of necessary registrations, certificates, and authorizations.
