Job Opening: GeM / Tender Executive (1-2 Years Experience)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GeM / Tender Executive to join our growing team at our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal for product listing, bidding, and order processing.
• Search, evaluate, and participate in online and offline tenders relevant to company products.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bid documents in coordination with the sales and technical team.
• Maintain complete documentation and ensure timely submission of tenders.
• Coordinate with government departments and procurement officers for tender follow-ups.
• Keep track of tender status, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update tender databases and internal records.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in GeM portal management and tender bidding (online/offline).
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA/B.Com or related).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
• Familiarity with GeM portal operations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
