About the Role

GEM Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all activities on the

  GeM portal

  – bid submissions, tender uploads, order processing, and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with sales, vendors, and internal teams for timely documentation and approvals.
• Maintain a database of bids, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Monitor relevant government tenders and proactively update management.
• Assist the sales team in generating business opportunities through e-procurement channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in

  Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry

  (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in

  GeM portal management / e-Procurement / Tendering

  .
• Fresher can also apply
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling tenders for

  laboratory instruments, consumables, or life science products

  .
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.

Compensation

• Competitive salary in the range of

  ₹2.4 – 4 LPA
