The ideal candidate should have a Life Sciences background and experience in tendering, documentation, and vendor coordination. This role is crucial in ensuring timely participation in tenders and smooth procurement processes for our laboratory equipment and consumables business. Key Responsibilities Manage all activities on the GeM portal – bid submissions, tender uploads, order processing, and contract management. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines. Coordinate with sales, vendors, and internal teams for timely documentation and approvals. Maintain a database of bids, contracts, and purchase orders. Monitor relevant government tenders and proactively update management. Assist the sales team in generating business opportunities through e-procurement channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry (mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in GeM portal management / e-Procurement / Tendering .
