We at CellBioasis are looking for a skilled Service Engineer (full-time or freelance) to support installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory instruments . Responsibilities: Installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance (AMC) of lab equipment such as: Centrifuges Incubators Freezers Biosafety Cabinets pH Meters Dry Baths Thermal Mixers Ensure timely service support at customer sites. Requirements: Hands-on experience in servicing laboratory instruments (at least 2 years preferred). Based in Pune. Ability to handle AMC contracts independently is a plus. Job Description – GEM Coordinator (Life Science Background) Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a GEM Coordinator to manage our bids and e-procurement activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have a Life Sciences background and experience in tendering, documentation, and vendor coordination. This role is crucial in ensuring timely participation in tenders and smooth procurement processes for our laboratory equipment and consumables business. Key Responsibilities Manage all activities on the GeM portal – bid submissions, tender uploads, order processing, and contract management. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines. Coordinate with sales, vendors, and internal teams for timely documentation and approvals. Maintain a database of bids, contracts, and purchase orders. Monitor relevant government tenders and proactively update management. Assist the sales team in generating business opportunities through e-procurement channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry (mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in GeM portal management / e-Procurement / Tendering . Fresher can also apply Strong understanding of government procurement processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Preferred Skills Experience in handling tenders for laboratory instruments, consumables, or life science products . Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organizational ability. Compensation Competitive salary in the range of ₹2.4 – 4 LPA , depending on experience and skills.
