GeM and Tender Executive

Job Summary:

GeM Portal Expert / Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete operations of

  GeM portal

  , including product listing, bid participation, order management, and compliance.
• Must have experience into

  OEM assessment and application process

  on the GeM portal, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Identify relevant tenders/RFPs from various government portals and prepare necessary documentation for participation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather specifications and certifications required for tender submission.
• Maintain up-to-date records of bids submitted, orders received, OEM approvals, and other relevant data.
• Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and procurement policies.
• Track tender deadlines and coordinate timely responses and follow-ups.
• Generate reports related to GeM performance, bid success rates, and renewal timelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years

  of experience in Tendering and handling

  GeM portal operations

  , including OEM Assessment and registration.
• Familiarity with other government e-procurement portals
• Strong knowledge of public procurement processes and government tender documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with other government e-procurement portals is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce/Engineering preferred).
• Certification or training related to GeM operations is an added advantage.
