1. GeM Portal Management

• Manage end-to-end activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product and service listings, bid participation, and order management.
• Track and analyze relevant tenders floated on GeM and prepare responses in coordination with internal teams and OEMs.
• Ensure timely updates and compliance with all GeM policies and procedures.

2. Tendering & Bid Management

• Identify and participate in public sector tenders via GeM and other portals.
• Prepare pre-qualification, technical, and financial bid documents as per tender requirements.
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal stakeholders for bid approvals and inputs.
• Track bid status, follow up on bid outcomes, and handle post-tender documentation.

3. OEM Vendor Assessment Coordination

• Coordinate with OEMs for completion of vendor assessment processes as mandated by GeM or tendering authorities.
• Ensure timely submission of all required documents for vendor assessment including financials, authorizations, certifications, and compliance reports.
• Liaise with assessing agencies or authorities to facilitate and track the progress of vendor assessments for OEMs.

Experience:

• Minimum

  4-5 years

  of experience in:
• Handling

  GeM portal activities

• Participating in government tenders

• Coordinating OEM vendor assessments

• Managing detailed

  tender and vendor documentation
