Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tending and GeM Expert, based in Noida. The Tending and GeM Expert will be responsible for managing tenders, liaising with vendors, drafting and submitting bids, and overseeing the procurement process. The role includes regular interaction with internal teams, timely submission of documents, compliance with tender requirements, and ensuring all processes adhere to government e-marketplace (GeM) protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in managing government tenders and GeM processes
• Strong understanding of procurement and vendor management
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
