Job Description

Support the advancement of digital and process solutions across all aspects of in-market distribution, warehousing, and transportation.
Design and develop SAP solutions for in-market logistics operations, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
Analyze current in-market logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency.
Provide SAP technical expertise, training, and guidance to Global Distribution Services (GDS) In-Market Logistics Team and other stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with other functions on major strategic initiatives.
Author Training Materials/Work Instructions/Job Aids and serve as the key point of contact for assigned processes.
Identify best practices and drive standardization, ensuring role definition and clarity on key accountabilities through an enterprise lens.
Lead/support the definition of process effectiveness monitoring methods, including establishing metrics, data collection, analysis, measurement, and reporting mechanisms.
Engage with IT and Supply Chain colleagues to explore cost-effective and sustainable technology solutions.
Support Community of Practice (CoP), including roles, operating mechanisms, communication strategies, and access levels.
Own Logistics Data Standards and Data Dictionary, ensuring maintenance and continuous improvement, while improving the reliability of Logistics Master Data by collaborating with Master Data Governance & Logistics functions.
Seek to automate and simplify repetitive tasks, promoting operational excellence, process standardization, and harmonization where appropriate.
Participate actively in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely project closure and support activities.
