Job Description

Role: Senior GCP Manager

Exp:- 18-25 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Skills: GCP services – BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer,data modeling,People management

14-18 years in
data engineering, cloud data solutions, or enterprise data management

Minimum
3–5 years of experience
delivering large-scale data integration or analytics projects in
GCP
.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise with
GCP services
– BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer.
Solid background in
data modeling
(dimensional, normalized, canonical).
Proficiency in
SQL, Python
, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks (batch & streaming).
Familiarity with
orchestration tools
such as Airflow/Cloud Composer.
Understanding of
data governance, security, quality
, and metadata management.
Leadership & Delivery:
Experience leading
data engineering teams
in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to
Retail, Media, or Consumer Products
industry data environments.
Knowledge of
MDM solutions
, data stewardship principles, and basic ML/AI concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of
GCP-based data pipelines
and analytics platforms.
Manage a team of data engineers and collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Oversee data modeling, ETL/ELT process optimization, and implementation of data governance practices.
Ensure high standards of data security, compliance, and performance.
Stay updated on emerging GCP features, tools, and best practices.
