Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Garment Production located in Chandigarh. The individual will be responsible for daily production planning, managing timelines, and supervising the production process. Additional responsibilities include ensuring quality control, monitoring product standards, and training team members as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Collaboration with other departments to optimize processes may also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Strong abilities in Quality Control to maintain high product standards
• Clear and effective Communication skills for coordination with teams
• Experience or skills in Training and development of team members
• Relevant experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
