Role Overview:

Garment Checking Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Inspect garments during the production process to ensure defect-free output

✔ Supervise and coordinate a large team of laborers and staff

✔ Ensure smooth manpower deployment and efficient shift operations

✔ Identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and maintain quality standards

✔ Keep accurate records of inspection findings and production reports

✔ Support training and development to improve team performance

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3–4 years of experience in garment production, inspection, or quality control

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Comfortable working in shifts and handling pressure

✔ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

✔ Good communication and coordination skills

✔ Able to stay calm and focused under pressure
