Job Accountabilities

Minimumoperating losses

1. Ensurecorrect calibration of small measures, TLCU, Prover, Flow meters and TankTrucks

2. Ensure thatloaded dips in the TTs are within +/- 3 mm in each compartment as perguidelines

3. Undertakeupkeep of instruments and equipments ensuring that there are no losses

Achievementof Q Q proposition and customer satisfaction

1. Observe twohourly density vis- -vis batch formation density to be within tolerance limits

2. Undertakequality checks on daily / periodic basis as per IQCM in coordination withLaboratory

3. Undertakequarterly verification of flow meters

4. Check bayperformance vis- -vis TTs everyday as per SOPs

5. Reduceaverage TT cycle time inside the Terminal to minimize delays in sendingreplenishment of product to customers

6. Ensurecorrect sealing / with security and sealing operators for proper sealing ofTank trucks

Total compliance to Operations, HSSE, andQuality management system and maintenance procedures

1. Ensure useof PPEs and system of work permits and participate in monthly mock fire-drillsfor continual improvement

2. Act assupport co-coordinator for Auxiliary team in case of emergencies/disaster atterminal

3. Verifysuitability of Road Tankers for loading and unloading in consultation with TTOperations Officer

4. Undertakesafe gantry operations with out any incidents / spills in coordination with CRI/ LOI / TT Operations Officer strictly in line with the SOPs and automationprocedures

5. Comply toall ISO requirements, maintain records, undertake internal ISO audits andachieve nil non conformities in ISO audits

6. Ensure toclose all preventive maintenance and condition monitoring requisitions forgantry equipments and instruments with the help of MI

Learningand Development

1. Imparttraining to TT crew and operators for safe filling operation/firefighting/usage of fire fight equipments

2. Conducttoolbox talks to TT crew
