Gallery Manager

You will be joining KIAN Foundation as a Gallery Manager based in Pune, where the primary focus is to enhance the accessibility and appreciation of art in India. KIAN Gallery, which is home to over 500 artworks, ranging from contemporary pieces to masterpieces by renowned Indian artists, serves a diverse audience of art enthusiasts. As the Gallery Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing exhibitions, coordinating with artists and clients, curating and handling artwork, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be involved in marketing activities, event planning, and building relationships with art collectors and stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have experience in art curation, exhibition management, and artwork handling, along with strong skills in customer relationship management and providing excellent service. Your proficiency in marketing, event planning, communication, organization, and leadership will be crucial for success. A degree in Art, Art History, Museum Studies, or a related field is preferred. A profound passion for art and a solid understanding of the art market would be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities effectively.,
