You will work closely with the C-suite and property heads to ensure that the design direction reflects the business objectives, property narratives, and current market trends. Additionally, you will lead initiatives like brand repositioning, new property launches, and seasonal campaigns with a focus on creative clarity and consistency. As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing concepts, design systems, mood boards, and campaign aesthetics for impactful digital and offline projects. Your oversight will extend to photo and video shoots, art curation, influencer-driven visual storytelling, and experiential content creation. You will also be tasked with creating unique visual identities for each resort that balance localization with the overarching integrity of the Anantas brand.
