Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Gainsight Administrator for a contractor role to integrate a new division into our existing Gainsight instance. This position will be part of our Customer Success Operations (CS Ops) team based in India. The contractor will work closely with the team during the India work day & be available to attend calls during evening hours (India Standard Time) and will focus on integrating systems, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth data transfer. The role also involves contributing as a Solution Consultant, aligning the new division's success metrics with company-wide objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gainsight Integration & Administration

    :
    • Work on the integration of a new division into Gainsight, aligning business processes and data structures.
    • Manage Salesforce integration and ensure accurate data transfer and synchronization.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless operations.
    • Configure and optimize Gainsight workflows to support the new divisions customer success goals.
    • Advise on customer success best practices, health scoring, and segmentation for the new division.
    • Collaborate with CS Ops to implement strategies for customer retention, product adoption, and satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics

    • Create and manage custom dashboards and reports for tracking customer health, engagement, and success metrics for the new division.
    • Analyze customer data, providing actionable insights to leadership and CS teams.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for the new division’s success KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience

    :
    • At least

      4 years of experience

      as a Gainsight Administrator or in a similar role.
    • Strong expertise in

      Salesforce integration

      with Gainsight and customer success processes.
  • Certifications

    :
    • Gainsight Certified

      (preferred).
  • Technical Skills

    :
    • Proficient with

      Salesforce

      -

      Gainsight integration

      .
    • Experience with

      Journey Orchestrator (JO)

      and automating workflows.
    • Skilled in creating

      custom dashboards

      and

      reports

      .
  • Other Skills

    :
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones.
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with

    integrating new divisions

    into an existing Gainsight instance.
  • Familiarity with

    advanced reporting

    .

Contract Details:

  • Contract Term: 3 months, with potential for extension.

  • Work Schedule

    : Flexible; must be available for

    evening calls

    with the US-based team.
