• Lead the Project team

• Design and develop integrated strategy and roadmap for promotion and growth of MSMEs, both at national and global levels.

• Develop and evaluate activities/ initiatives to be taken up by the Ministry for promotion of MSMEs

• Design and develop synergy and collaborations, horizontal and vertical linkages, for growth of the MSME sector across stakeholders, both at national/global levels

• Entrepreneur development, innovation and start up engagement for growth of MSME sector

• Draw out an integrated approach towards increasing value addition of MSME sector by leveraging emerging technology, future skilling and other relevant interventions.

• Coordination between stakeholders of MSME sector to evolve effective collaborations.

• Formulate specific plans for empowerment of Focus Groups, including Marginalised Groups, North Eastern Region with a gender based perspective

• Development of knowledge repository for MSME sector & Content creation

• Any other activity, as may be felt relevant by the Ministry
