Position Overview:

Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for FX & Rates Corporate Sales professionals to join their team nationwide. This role will focus on driving sales and managing relationships within a designated portfolio, aiming to achieve revenue targets while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development:

  Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets for the assigned portfolio.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

• Market Analysis:

  Conduct macroeconomic analyses to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with the Director of Corporate Sales and cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with client strategies.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present comprehensive sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights.

• Networking:

  Attend industry events and conferences to expand networks and promote the organization’s offerings.

Qualifications:

• MBA or CA
• 4-10 years of proven experience in macro (FX, Rates) corporate sales with a top-tier global or Indian bank
• Experience working with MNCs, large Indian corporations, or in cross-border corridors (Indo-US/India/Europe/Taiwan, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in selling and executing complex derivative trades and structured financing solutions
• Strong product knowledge in FX and Rates, including derivatives
