FX & Rates Corporate Sales, Financial Markets

You will be working as an Associate/Associate Director in the FX & Rates Corporate Sales division of a leading global bank. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and manage relationships within a designated portfolio to achieve revenue targets while providing exceptional client service. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients, conducting market analysis to identify sales growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing comprehensive sales performance reports, and networking at industry events. To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA or CA degree, along with 4-10 years of experience in macro (FX, Rates) corporate sales with a top-tier global or Indian bank. Experience working with MNCs, large Indian corporations, or in cross-border corridors is preferred. Hands-on experience in selling and executing complex derivative trades and structured financing solutions, as well as strong product knowledge in FX and Rates, including derivatives, are required.
