Job Description

As a member of the FX Operations Customer Support team at LSEG in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to clients for FXAll. You will need to have a good understanding of technology in the financial services industry and be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial as you handle technology and trade-related cases with urgency, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience. Your role will also involve accurately diagnosing issues, engaging with internal resolver groups as needed, handling complex cases, and ensuring compliance guidelines are followed. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate expertly with senior-level clients, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute towards the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance the customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle technology and trade-related cases with urgency, ensuring excellent customer experience. - Accurately diagnose issues, engage with internal resolver groups, and build internal relationships. - Handle complex how-to and workflow cases. - Implement compliance guidelines. - Communicate effectively with senior-level clients. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. - Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes. **Qualifications:** - Experience in Technical or Customer Support, preferably in a Financial Services firm or account. - Capital Markets experience is advantageous. - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Capacity to learn complex processes, be cross-trained, and have a growth mindset. - Ability to adapt to change, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a positive attitude. - Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills. - Experience with CRM or Salesforce is a plus. - Qualification from professional bodies such as CFA, CISI, and CAIA is advantageous.,
