FURNITURE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

• I HAVE MUST EXPERIENCE IN FURNITURE FILED
• Supervising and Leading Production Teams:Directly manage and motivate production teams, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
• Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
• Quality Control:Monitor production processes, implement quality control procedures, and identify and resolve quality issues.
• Safety and Compliance:Enforce safety procedures, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct safety inspections.
• Resource Management:Oversee the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize production efficiency.
• Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Coordination:Collaborate with other departments such as procurement and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve production issues, including delays and machine downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Production Management Experience:Proven experience in production management, preferably in the furniture industry.
• Leadership Skills:Ability to motivate and lead a team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback.
• Technical Skills:Understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.
