Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Factory Coordinator / Admin located in Coimbatore. The Factory Coordinator / Admin will oversee daily factory operations, including managing schedules, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth workflow. They will assist with administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, handle customer inquiries, support financial operations, and facilitate internal communications. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organizational Skills
• Experience in Finance and financial operations
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Prior experience in the furniture industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
