Fundraising and Operations Coordinator

As a Fundraising and Operations Coordinator at STEP Beyond Borders, your role will include developing and managing fundraising strategies, overseeing day-to-day operations of Impact Beyond Borders sister organisation, and assisting with administrative and social project tasks. You will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders, analyzing data to enhance operations, and ensuring the successful execution of company programs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support Impact Beyond Borders Foundation - Manage the day-to-day operations of the sister organisation, ensuring smooth functioning - Assist with administrative tasks and social projects as needed - Communicate with stakeholders to maintain relationships and gather feedback - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in operations - Ensure the successful execution of company programs Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills to evaluate fundraising strategies and operational data - Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members - Proficiency in operations management and organizational tasks - Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups - Ability to provide administrative assistance and support to the team - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Previous experience in fundraising or operations would be advantageous - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently If you are passionate about making a difference through impactful experiences and possess the required qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this position.
