About You:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Display an active interest in the financial markets and Hedge fund/Fund of Hedge Fund Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Client Service skills
  • Amenable to working on extended hours as needed
  • Amendable to working on different shifts. Previous experience working on the nightshift is a plus.

Your Role:

  • Daily data entry and indexing of investor statement information;
  • Pricing and preparation of investor portfolio valuations and packages;
  • Data maintenance of administrator and investment manager distribution lists;
  • Timely communication with internal and external parties where needed via phone or email;
  • Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion, in line with client service agreements.
  • Escalate priority issues to supervisor and/or manager in a timely and detailed manner.
  • Maintain a current and thorough understanding of applicable best practice policies and client specific agreements.
  • Contribute to departmental and team initiatives.
  • Liaising with other departments in CITCO as required;
