Functional Salesforce.com Consultant with CPQ Experience Location: Remote from India Duration: 6+ Months Job Title: Functional Salesforce.com Consultant with CPQ Experience Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Functional Salesforce.com Consultant with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce.com implementations, with a specific focus on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements for Salesforce.com and CPQ implementations. Design and configure Salesforce.com and CPQ solutions to meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards. Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce.com and CPQ configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Salesforce.com and CPQ systems. Work closely with developers and technical teams to facilitate integrations and customizations as needed. Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and accuracy of Salesforce.com and CPQ solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce.com and CPQ functionality and data integrity. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce.com and CPQ features and updates, providing insights into potential benefits for the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Approximately 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com consultant with a focus on CPQ implementations. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com platform and its various modules, with a strong emphasis on CPQ. Proven experience in designing and configuring CPQ solutions, including product bundling, pricing rules, discounting, and quote generation. Solid understanding of business processes related to sales, quoting, and order management. Salesforce.com certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or other relevant certifications, will be a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
