We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Scrum Master to empower our delivery teams and foster a truly agile environment. The ideal candidate is a servant-leader who is passionate about promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and the agile mindset throughout the organization. You will be instrumental in facilitating scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring our teams operate independently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement & Solution Identification: Engage actively with the Product Owner, Business Stakeholders, and the delivery team to gain a deep understanding of business needs. Collaborate to identify appropriate and effective solutions that align with strategic objectives. Scrum Ceremony Facilitation: Facilitate all core scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos . Continuously encourage and guide the team towards greater independence and self-organization in their execution of these ceremonies. Team Advocacy & Communication: Act as the team's ambassador to the wider organization, effectively sharing their achievements, progress, and learnings. Ensure the broader organization recognizes and appreciates the team's contributions and insights. Servant Leadership & Team Empowerment: Embody the philosophy and practice of helping a team thrive as their servant-leader. Promote a strong sense of community within the team, encourage a holistic approach to work, and facilitate the sharing of power in decision-making. Impediment Removal: Relentlessly identify and remove impediments that hinder the development team's progress. Effectively distinguish between issues that the team can resolve internally and those that require escalation to the wider organization for resolution, acting promptly and appropriately. Agile Coaching & Mindset Promotion: Actively teach and reinforce the principles of the agile mindset, Scrum, and Lean thinking to both the team and the broader organization. Consistently embody these principles in your own actions and interactions. Required Skills & Experience: Proven ability to facilitate scrum ceremonies effectively. Strong understanding and practical application of Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to identify and remove impediments. Experience in fostering self-organizing and cross-functional teams.
