Flutter Developer & Scrum Master (Hybrid Role)

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer who can also serve as a Scrum Master to lead agile development and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Flutter-based mobile and web applications while managing sprint cycles, team tasks, and product delivery timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart for mobile and web.
• Integrate APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs into application workflows.
• Implement responsive UI/UX and manage app performance optimization.
• Use state management tools like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod effectively.
• Plan and oversee agile sprints, conduct stand-ups, and ensure sprint goals are met.
• Facilitate communication between development, UI/UX, and backend teams.
• Monitor sprint progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain version control using Git and follow clean coding standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter development.
• Strong knowledge of Firebase, REST API integration, and authentication methods.
• Hands-on experience with agile/scrum frameworks and sprint tools (Jira, Trello, or Notion).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic backend understanding is an advantage.

Preferred:

• Agile or Scrum certification.
• Previous experience in a startup or product-based environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
